‘One Earth Community, One Common Destiny’ is the motto for the celebration of 15 years Earth Charter. On Monday 29 June 2015 the EC+15 event will take place in The Netherlands.

Earth Charter community members will arrive from all corners of the world to discuss, celebrate and connect on the themes of interdependence, ecological integrity, social & economic justice and democracy & peace. A diversity of sessions will take place both inside and outside. Next to our plenary sessions, you will have the opportunity to view the film Journey of the Universe, play the Earth Charter Game and engage in in-depth thematic sessions.
In addition, Earth Charter Affiliates, Endorsers and partners of the Earth Charter Initiative are most welcome to attend a gathering on Sunday evening 28 June 2015, from 19.30hrs to 21.00hrs. This will be an opportunity to exchange in what way the Earth Charter is relevant to each of our contexts.
The fee for participation at the EC+15 event on Monday 29 June is €95 including lunch and dinner, or €45 for young participants/students.
We encourage participants to bring along and sponsor a young person to the event. Another idea is to help make the event possible with an extra solidarity payment. If you are staying the night, please refer to the registration page for further packages and arrangements.
